Top one of our Ooni dough balls (made according to our very own classic Neapolitan dough recipe) with certified San Marzano tomatoes and pre-sliced fior di latte. The semolina sachet provides just the right amount of coarse flour to keep your dough from sticking. Bring it all together by drizzling your freshly baked pizza with a healthy glug of basil oil for a herby finish.

Dough balls will be chilled on arrival. Store in the fridge and use within 3 days or freeze on arrival and use by date on insert. Each package of dough balls comes with complete storage and preparation instructions which can be found here.
