Enjoy the beauty of mozzarella without the dairy thanks to high-quality Italian rice. This vegetable-based cheese is naturally free from lactose and allergens. Once germinated, brown rice is processed and pressed to obtain a vegetable milk. This milk is then used to create MozzaRisella, a vegan alternative to fresh cheese.
*This product is organic, dairy-free, soya-free and gluten-free.
We deliver your MozzaRisella as fresh as possible, and aim for a minimum 2 weeks life on delivery.
NOTE: Despite this product being vegan, we use wool-based insulated packaging to keep food products cool in transit because it’s a more environmentally friendly and sustainable choice than expanded polystyrene.
