Let’s get ready to crumble! Properoni pepperoni is renowned for its rich and multi-layered flavours, which give it its unmistakable smooth and spicy taste. Based on a 150-year-old recipe, this elite-level pepperoni is the perfect addition to pizzas, pastas and sauces.
This crumbled, mince-like version of our best-selling standard-sized Properoni gives you flexibility as it can go from making “Meat Feast'' pizzas to adding a delicious kick to pasta sauces. Plus, you can portion up, freeze the bag, and take out what you need, when you need it.
As with the other varieties we stock, Properroni Crumbled is completely free from additives, preservatives, nitrites, and is 100% gluten-free.
Keep refrigerated (between 0 °C and 10 °C) and use within 10 days of opening. You can also freeze and cook from frozen as required.
Suggested use: sprinkle Properoni over the top of your pizza and let it sizzle in the oven as it cooks! Made in Hungary with pork from the EU.
