Making exceptional pizza just got even easier! Our 25 pack of frozen sourdough dough balls are made with the finest quality ingredients using our own 60% hydration recipe. Each dough ball weighs 250 grams, perfect for a 12" pizza.
Dough balls will be semi-frozen on arrival and can safely be refrozen without affecting the final result (amazing pizza!).
Top tip! When preparing your dough balls, remove them from their bags while frozen before following the instructions. They’re easier to handle this way.
Dough balls are delivered via a special courier and due to the time sensitivity, they’re only available in mainland UK. Sorry, at this time we cannot deliver to the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and selected postcodes.
