Karu 2 Pro
First, the new kid. The Karu 2 Pro is the newest addition to the Ooni oven lineup. If you need proof that each Ooni oven is an evolution of all the other ovens that came before it, look no further than the Karu 2 Pro. It’s got a borosilicate glass door you’ll find on the Karu 12G (more on that one here in a sec), but the Karu 2 Pro’s got the most glass of any oven yet, and thanks to Ooni’s ClearView™ technology, you’ll get less soot and schmutz dirtying up the door.
The Karu 2 Pro also has the largest internal height of any Ooni oven, at 145mm (5.7''). Fresh-baked bread and roast chicken are definitely on the menu with the Karu 2 Pro (just don’t forget your Ooni Roasting Pan for the chicken).
First introduced with the gas-fueled Koda 2 Max, the Karu 2 Pro comes with the Ooni Connect™ Digital Temperature Hub onboard. This digital beauty provides temperature information on the front-mounted display or your phone via Bluetooth. Just log in to the Ooni app and boom! You’ve got instant temperature info about your oven.† If you’re more of a roasted meat person, the Karu 2 Pro also comes with a digital food probe to monitor internal temperatures.

Karu 12G
The Ooni Karu 12G ain’t called the “most advanced portable pizza oven” for nothing. Like its big brother, the Karu 2 Pro, the 12G packs a lot of tech and intuitive design touches into its sleek silhouette.
The most obvious is the borosilicate glass door (with the same ClearView™ tech found in the Karu 2 Pro) at the front of the oven. It also has an integrated analogue thermometer that can tell you, at a glance, the right time to launch your pizza. When the optional gas burner* is attached, the 12G offers outstanding efficiency. That’s a pretty handy trick if you don’t want to lug around a bunch of fuel when you’re cooking on the go.
At just around 16 kg, the Karu 12G makes a great adventuring buddy for any road trip or trek into the great outdoors. It even has smooth, rounded handholds on the underside to make carrying the 12G more comfortable. We’re Ooni. We live for stuff like that.
Karu 12
Unfussy and ultra-portable, the Karu 12 is absolutely made for roughing it. The brushed stainless steel exterior just screams camping. The Karu 12 has it where it counts. It heats up to 500 °C in about 15 minutes. Just don’t invite any bears to the campfire pizza party.
