Using a small amount of flour, dust your Ooni pizza peel. Stretch the pizza dough ball out and lay it out on your pizza peel. Spread an even layer of crumbled blue cheese across the base of your pizza, then add your halved buffalo cauliflower wings. Finish with a generous drizzle of your homemade buffalo sauce

5. Slide the pizza off the peel and into your Ooni pizza oven.

Cook for 1-2 minutes, making sure to turn the pizza regularly for an even cook.

6. Once the pizza is cooked, remove from the oven and top with a handful of freshly shaved celery.

Season with a little pepper if you wish and serve right away!
