For Ooni’s first-ever line of pizza mixes, we turned to expert chefs to source and measure out the finest available ingredients to save you time in the kitchen. With this mix, you’ll be free to spend more time dreaming up new topping combinations and savouring the results.
Can’t decide where to begin? Start with some high-quality pepperoni, that most classic of New York-style pizza toppings. Simply add a few spoonfuls of our classic pizza sauce, sprinkle on some Napoli-cut fior di latte, then distribute some Properoni hot sliced pepperoni evenly across your pizza.
