3. Proof of the advertised price by a qualifying UK retailer is required.
4. Qualifying retailers are: John Lewis, Lakeland, Currys, Selfridges and Argos.
5. Promise does not apply if your purchase is part of a bundle or collection that can also be purchased individually at full price.
6. Product advertised must be new and in its original packaging.
7. Ooni Price Match Promise does not apply if the product is reconditioned, refurbished, used, damaged, returned, open box or a demonstrator product.

In addition, if the price drops at Ooni.com in the 14 days after you’ve made your purchase, contact us and we will refund you the difference - so you don’t need to hold off waiting for any promotion periods such as Black Friday, you can beat the rush and buy early with confidence.  

Refunds will be processed by our Ooni Experience team within 14 days. Just contact our team at support@ooni.com, including your order number and proof of the advertised price being offered.
