Ooni Volt 2

Pizza Intelligence is Ooni’s most advanced oven control system yet. It's an adaptive heating system that adjusts the oven’s temperature in real time for speed, accuracy and baking consistency, giving you a flawless bake every time.

It includes 3 pizza style preset modes:

Neapolitan: Fast-cooking with a light, airy crust and authentic Italian flavors

Thin & Crispy: Think of a foldable NYC-style pie

Pan Pizza: Thick, fluffy pan-style pizzas like Sicilian or Detroit, just like grandma used to make

Volt 2 also has a Dough Proofing Mode plus 2 custom preset modes to save your favorite oven settings.

Volt 2 reaches up to 450 °C – the same high temperatures that pizzerias use. Way hotter than your home oven, this quickly crisps the crust while locking in moisture, creating the ideal balance of an airy, chewy interior and puffy, leopard-spotted crusts on the outside.

Volt 2 gives you endless versatility. The Volt 2 Oven and Grill/Broiler modes provide extra versatility beyond pizza, so you can enjoy melting cheese, baking cookies, toasting bagels, grilling wings, roasting fish and more.

We stand by our products. All Ooni products come with a 1-year warranty as standard, and we’ll extend that to a 3-year warranty on Volt 2 when you register your oven with Ooni. Your oven must be registered within 60 days of receipt in order to claim the extension.
