Pizza Oven Bundles

We would recommend for anyone buying a pizza oven or also purchasing the following accessories. Pizza peel, this is an essential accessory in order to use a pizza oven. Without the Pizza peel you are unable to launch, manoeuvre and remove your pizza from the oven. 

Pizza Oven Brush, in order to clean your pizza oven stone from built up dirt you will require a pizza oven brush. Once the stone is cleaned you will have a better temperature distribution and a more even cook without the base burning or being undercooked.

Fuel 

What you use depends on your Ooni model:

• Gas models (e.g., Koda, Karu with gas attachment): a compatible propane gas tank and regulator/hose.
• Multi-fuel models (e.g., Karu): can use wood, charcoal, or an optional gas burner.
• Electric (Volt 2) - Just plug in and get started with pizza cooking. 

Pizza Tools

As for essential tools that are required for the use of your Ooni Pizza Oven, you will definitely need to have a pizza peel to launch your pizza into your oven. This will also be required for rotating and retrieving your pizza from the oven. 

As for the Turning peel, this is something that we recommend for our large ovens, which can allow you to easily spin the pizza round without removing the pizza from the oven. 

Cleaning and care

It is important that when using a pizza oven that you keep the pizza stone clean of dirt. This will protect the pizza stone in the long-term.
