Spiral mixing technology inspired by professional baking

For years, commercial kitchens, bakeries and pizzerias have used a different kind of mixer to deliver their dough–spiral mixers. 

• Dual kneading: Unlike planetary mixers, both the bowl and dough hook rotate, gently mixing and kneading ingredients against the stainless steel Removable Breaker Bar. This double-kneading action forms the long gluten strands that pizza and bread dough need to develop and proof properly.
• Dishwasher-safe stainless steel bowl: The 7-litre bowl can hold up to 5 KG (11 lbs) of dough. To put that into perspective, that’s enough dough for about twenty 12-inch pizzas in just one batch.
• Precision Control: Access 58 RPM (from 60 to 345) settings from an intuitive, digital interface and ergonomic control dial. 
• Die-cast aluminium body: The robust, sturdy body keeps the mixer steady and protects it from daily wear and tear.
