1. Prepare your pizza dough ahead of time.
2. Fire up your Ooni Pizza Oven, aim for 300˚C (572˚F) on the stone baking board inside.
3. Drizzle a little olive oil into your Skillet and place in the oven to warm up.
4. Once the pan is warm, add the bacon and cook in the oven for 5 minutes, or until it has started to turn just crispy.
5. Add half the butter to the skillet and return to the oven.
6. Once melted, add the leek and the rest of the butter to the pan.
7. Increase the heat of your pizza oven, aiming for 500˚C (950˚F) on the stone baking board inside.
8. Using a small amount of flour, dust your Ooni pizza peel.
9. Slide the pizza off the peel and into your Ooni pizza oven, making sure to rotate the pizza regularly.
10. Once cooked, remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle over the remaining cream.
