What are Ooni Pizza Provisions?

Ooni Pizza Provisions are a quarterly subscription box of carefully curated, high quality pizza-making ingredients.

Each box will enhance your pizza-making experience by encouraging you to use new and exciting ingredients you may not normally purchase regularly.

Each box will include 7 ingredients on average, plus a recipe card which includes inspiration on how to use some of the ingredients in the box.

Boxes will ship from November 1st, February 1st, May 1st, August 1st and arrive throughout the first week of the subscription month. You can also purchase a one-off box as opposed to subscribing, and we will ship it as and when you purchase the box.

How much do Ooni Pizza Provisions cost?

A one-off purchase of Ooni Pizza Provisions is priced at £44.99.

If you choose to subscribe to quarterly deliveries, the cost for each box will be £39.99, which you will be charged on a quarterly basis a few days prior to delivery.

As an introductory offer, if you sign up to subscribe to quarterly deliveries with the coupon code “PIZZAPROVISIONS”, you’ll be charged just £29.99 for your first box, that’s 25% off! After the first month, you’ll be charged £39.99 per box a few days before each quarterly delivery is made.

Can I order a one-off box?

Yes, you can order a one-off box of Ooni Pizza Provisions for £44.99.

What’s in the box?

You will receive on average 7 ingredients per box, a variety of adventurous recipe cards which will inspire you to use some of the ingredients in the box as well as an exciting mystery gift. Ingredients have been carefully curated by our master pizzaioli to bring you the most interesting flavours of the season and to be more exciting than the ones we think you’d normally purchase!

What if I have specific allergies / dietary requirements?

We can’t guarantee each box will be free of allergens or will meet your specific dietary requirements. We recommend you read the ingredients in each item carefully before consuming and also visit the allergens (for the upcoming box) section on the Ooni Pizza Provisions page.

How should I use the products in my box?

It’s up to you, of course! We’re sure you’ll be inspired to try them in lots of different ways. But to give you some ideas, we include recipe cards in the box which include some, or all of the ingredients and provide you with step by step guides to create truly delicious pizza!

What if I don’t like one or more of the products in my box?

Goods within the box are perishable food items, therefore we do not accept partial or full returns on the Pizza Provisions, unless they arrive damaged.

If any of the products doesn’t suit your palate, why not share it with a family member or friend? We promise you each product is truly special and deserves a chance to fulfill its tasty destiny!

Shortly after receiving your box you will receive an email invitation to fill in a box specific survey. We’d really appreciate any feedback, and you can include what you might like to see in a future edition of Ooni Pizza Provisions!

How should I store my Ooni Pizza Provisions?

All Ooni Pizza Provisions can be stored in an ambient environment, away from direct sunlight, until open. We recommend that you follow storage instructions on individual ingredient packaging thereafter.

 

Subscriptions

How do I sign up to subscribe?

You can sign up to subscribe on our website. Please visit the Ooni Pizza Provisions page to subscribe.

How do I log into my subscription account?

You can log in to your subscription account through the Customer Portal which you can access through your Ooni account login. If you have not registered for an account, please do so by using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.

Alternatively, you can access your account using the Customer Portal direct link. This link is sent in your Subscription Confirmation and Upcoming order email.

How can I change my payment method?

In the Customer Portal, you’ll find a Billing Information tab. There, you'll be able to see the current method of payment along with the current billing address. You can update both of these things on that page.

Can I pause my subscription/postpone my delivery?

Yes! Once you’re logged in to the Customer Portal, click on Delivery Schedule on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, you can click “Skip” next to the delivery you would like to skip. Similarly, to unskip a delivery, you would click “Unskip” next to the order.

When will I be charged for my order?

If you purchase Ooni Pizza Provisions as a one-off, you will only be charged on that date and for that box.

If you choose to subscribe to Ooni Pizza provisions through the introductory offer, you will be charged £29.99 on the initial date of purchase. You will be charged £39.99 on the first day of the next subscription month thereafter. Subscription months are November, February, May and August.

What are the cut off dates between boxes?

The cut-off date between boxes is on the 14th of the month prior to the next subscription box. For example, if you subscribe on January 14th, you will be charged then (for the November box), and again on February 1st (for the February box) and receive both boxes within close succession.

What is the cancellation period?

We truly believe you won’t want to cancel, because you’ll miss the quarterly deliciousness! You can, however, cancel your subscription at any time, but please remember that you will be charged on the 1st of November, 1st of February, 1st of May and the 1st of August.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the Subscriptions tab, click on the “Cancel” button found next to the subscription you want to cancel. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason.

How will my subscription box arrive?

Ooni Pizza Provisions arrive in a recyclable cardboard box. The ingredients are individually wrapped in recyclable brown paper and are protected by brown paper, which is again, recyclable!

When will I receive my order?

You will receive your Ooni Pizza Provisions throughout the first week of the subscription month (November, February, May and August.) If you subscribe or purchase a one-off box after this time, your box will be shipped as per our regular delivery schedule.

How can I change my delivery address?

To change your address you’ll need to login to the Customer Portal, which you can access through your Ooni account login.

Once logged in, click on “Subscriptions” and click “Edit” to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.

I have ordered an oven / another Ooni product, will they arrive with my Ooni Pizza Provisions?

We are unable to guarantee that your products will arrive together. Your Pizza Provisions will be delivered by APC, and your ovens and accessories will be delivered by DPD. You will receive separate tracking links for each.

I have ordered dough, will it arrive with my Ooni Pizza Provisions?

Your dough will ship as per the delivery schedule on the dough listing. You will receive your Ooni Pizza Provisions throughout the first week of the subscription month. If you subscribe after this time, your box will be shipped as per our regular delivery schedule.

Can I return my order?

Due to the fact that the goods within are perishable food items, we will not be able to accept returns on the Pizza Provisions. We will, of course, still honour returns if your box’s ingredients are incomplete or arrive damaged.
