This is a way to help out those of you who are ready to try out a new oven, maybe because you’d like another size or fuel type, or maybe because you’re intrigued by some of the new features we’ve launched over the years.
We’re not about catches over here. This program is just our way of saying thanks for being part of the Ooni community by making it easier for you to enjoy new products and features.
You need to currently own an Ooni oven and be able to provide the serial number. Upgrades are limited to one per oven, and customers can only request one upgrade per year.
Once you’ve completed the form, a member of our team will be in touch with your discount code within a few days. Nothing happens to your current Ooni oven when you start the upgrade process — No magic to see here, folks! — and there’s no need to trade it in. Give yours to a friend and share the pizza love instead!
Your upgrade discount code will be emailed to you roughly 3-5 days after you complete the form.
Treat yourself to any new Ooni oven available in our online store. Accessories, apparel, and groceries can’t be included in the discount.
